I had a issue with a seller - left stuff in the kitchen and even washing in the integrated appliance - they said they would return later that day to collect - they didn't. I got the estate agent to phone them and tell them that "9am it would be out on the street, if it wasn't collected the bins were due the next day and it would be disposed of"

Not sure if they came and collected or whether someone else took the stuff, but I did not hear anything again
Fortunately, you got away with that, but please don't recommend that others do the same.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

we had a problem where piles of stuff were left outside the house, assorted things -we assumed as  it was lockdown and  tricky for them to get to the tip then it was all rubbish.
we shuffled some in to the garage and as the bin men were coming the next day we shuffled it all back out again, they kindly took absolutely everything.
2 days later call from EA - some of it had been promised to neighbours etc.....
