Here here is a good scam if you haven’t seen it. Write ‘Electric Vehicles’ on the road, don’t bother to put in any charging points but dish out tickets anyway. On a serious note has electric vehicles actually been defined and are hybrids excluded?

I can sort of understand the operatives reasoning - a self-charging hybrid doesn't need to plug in anywhere so shouldn't be using a charge point parking place. (The fact there aren't any charge points is somewhat moot).
