Accommodation on Booking.com versus Vrbo.com - big price difference for some reason

I went to book a caravan for Sept 2022 and found the same caravan, for the same dates, on both Booking.com and vrbo.com. The difference was that the Booking.com price was a massive £204 less - £568 on Vrbo.com £364 on Booking.com. The difference was so great I was concerned that the Booking.com listing could be a scam, but checked it out and it appeared to be genuine. In the end I did not go with that caravan, but will always check in future if accommodation is listed on both sites and what the price difference is.
