Stuart Turner Monsoon Pump or Power shower like Mira

Got a rental property. Currently there is gravity fed system with system boiler. There is a Stuart Turner 3.0 bar pump with powers shower and some other outlet.
The pump has stopped working and I need to replace conceled thermostatic shower valves in bathroom which has 3 outlets (Overhead shower, bath and hand shower).
Option 1: Replace pump and shower valve. Wall will need breaking, move pipes to fit new conceled shower valve and re-tiling.
Option 2: Fix Mira or similar power shower. Get rid of pump and conceled shower valve. Wall will need breaking and re-tiling. In this option any future repairs will be easier?
What is best please? Any other recommendation?
Labor is going to be around £150 for full day.

If it were me I would get the pump replaced, cheaper brands are available, B&Q used to do their own brand that laster many years. Then replace the thermostatic shower with a bar type as these are easy to replace without damaging the wall.1

Option 1: Stuart Turner are not the only shower pump manufacturer (e.g. grundfos, salamander)
can you not find a new valve similar to the old valve to minimise any changes to pipework?
Option 2: a Mira or similar integral power shower will not normally provide for your bath outlet & different overhead/hand outlets (although you could fit a diverter).
Both options require you to to break into the wall, probably some pipe work changes & retile.
In the case of the integral power shower you will also need electrical work.
For performance, quieter & looks I would always go for Option 1.1 -
Option 1: Stuart Turner are not the only shower pump manufacturer (e.g. grundfos, salamander) - Yes, but would they last as long as ST? This one lasted 10+ years...
can you not find a new valve similar to the old valve to minimise any changes to pipework? Unable to get the exact same valve with 3 outlet.
Option 2: a Mira or similar integral power shower will not normally provide for your bath outlet & different overhead/hand outlets (although you could fit a diverter). Yes correct.0 -
I’d always go for a ST pump.0

Do you know what the old valve is? many valves are built to industry standard spacings (& by a smaller no. of manufacturers than brands).
If you can't find one with inlets/outlets in the exact same place it's easy enough to avoid this in the future by having a central thermostat & diverter or separate on/off valves.

Separate valves with central thermostat is a good idea. Could you please paste a link for product? Apologies unable to quote Buff.0

Just shows how long that I have been out of the industry, it used to be common to have separate matching individual flow controls but it looks like they have trended to integrating those e.g. https://www.grohe.co.uk/en_gb/smartcontrol-concealed-mixer-with-3-valves-29146000.html , https://www.aqualisa.co.uk/dream-thermostatic-mixer-shower-with-adjustable-head-wall-fixed-head-and-bath-fill-round.html , https://www.mirashowers.co.uk/showers/mixer-showers/mira-evoco-bathfill-dual-in-chrome-triple-outlet/ , https://www.crosswater.co.uk/product/central-3-outlet-2-handle-concealed-thermostatic-shower-valve .
Anyway, you can use a single thermostatic outlet to a diverter e.g. https://www.hansgrohe.co.uk/articledetail-showerselect-s-thermostatic-mixer-highflow-for-concealed-installation-for-multiple-outlets-15742000 + https://www.hansgrohe.co.uk/articledetail-showerselect-s-valve-for-concealed-installation-for-3-outlets-15745000 , https://www.crosswater.co.uk/product/module-3-outlet-2-handle-shower-valve?parts=26517
I am sure that you can still find a multi-outlet thermostatic valve & separate outlet controls if you look (possibly also worth looking at industrial controls). Similarly, you will find much cheaper than Crosswater/Grohe/Hansgrohe/Mira etc.0
