Catpuss66 said:Not really sure on my deeds there is nothing. According to the other neighbour the ROW is jointly owned by all of us. When she moved in she told me there was a problem with one small square of land in my garden actually in the greenhouse. It was originally where the toilets were in the outhouse, but it had not been changed on the deeds, I was unaware of what was going on, think they legally moved the land over to me.There's a great deal of speculation and hearsay here when there should be clarity. You don't "think they legally moved the land over to me," you know if they did or didn't by obtaining and reading all your title documents. You can also get copies of all the neighbours' title documents and plans to see what they say about the RoW. They're not expensive to download from the Land Registry.I've got 8 private individuals + a management company as neighbours and you can bet I have copies of all their title plans and many copies of their documents too. It doesn't do to not know exactly how things stand in a legal sense.2
