ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Tuesday 30 August 2022.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Tuesday 20 September 2022.

Winner selection & contact: 

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize: 

There is one (1) prize of four (4) tickets for the winner and up to three (3) companions to visit one (1) of the following Ninja Warrior UK Adventure Park, at the winner’s choice and subject to availability: Cardiff, Chatham, Liverpool, Swansea, Walsall, Edinburgh, Gloucester, Leeds, Leicester, Milton Keynes, Sheffield, Southampton, Stoke-On-Trent, Watford, Wigan, Windsor or Aqua Park (“Locations”) as available at https://ninjawarrioruk.co.uk/ (“NW Tickets”).

The NW Tickets are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue, and visit dates to the chosen Location are subject to availability. Please note that the available dates and other restrictions, including but not limited to age and height restrictions, will vary depending on the chosen Location. The winner will be required to bring their booking confirmation as well as a valid ID.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the NW Tickets. It is the responsibly of the winner to inform the prize provider of the NW Tickets of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

Please note that the winner and their companion(s) may be required to wear specific footwear, socks and/or gloves depending on the chosen Location.

Please note that the NW Tickets exclude ground transport to and from the chosen Location, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
