Wills

Can anyone give advice On a current will that is in trust with 2 ex employees of the company that it has been made with, currently without any success trying to get these trustees off.  Or can a new will be made? Many thanks

Is this a will you had written regarding your future death?

    What sort of trust?

Can you please tell us whether this is a will of someone still living out of someone who has died. If the former then probable best to make new ones providing the testator still has the mental capacity to do so. If the latter you will need to provide a lot more info.

This sounds like one of those companies making Wills that have appointed themselves as Executors and Trustees. Not Good.

A new Will would make the earlier Will null and void. Do not use the same company, but a solicitor and ideally have executors and Trustees as family members.
