Morning all, it's another lovely sunny day but the wind is vicious, a good drying day except I have very little to wash and I'm not going to look for more.
Yesterday I mowed the front lawn, then I cut the front shrubs back into some sort of shape and tidied up the border and today it's the turn of the back garden. I had a lovely chat yesterday with the neighbour who has bought Joan's and he is hoping to get the keys this week and then start then start work on it, so it will be at least 3 (he hopes) months of banging and clanging next door, I'm glad we've booked another 2 weeks away ! It seems the other side has sold too so we'll have new neighbours on both sides soon. We used to be the youngsters in the street, now we're the oldies 😂
Hello to Bella, Blackandgold, Poppy and Yorkslass, nice to see you all.
Take care all, stay well

Morning all, just taken delivery of my sm shop and nearly all put away apart from some tinned soups. Cupboards are full so I shall have to get creative with my storage. I have what I call my 'pantry' - running along the side of the cellar steps, but that's full too .I don't want to end up like my DM as we had to chuck loads when we cleared the house. I know they last for years but some I just didn't want to chance
I need to have a good rotation plan. My cousins were laughing at me the other week, calling me a typical Virgo, just because I mentioned I'd done a meal plan
It's flexible anyway because I have to use ys items when I get them, like yesterdays stir fry from M/S that will be tonights tea. When you frequent these boards you tend to forget not everyone has OS habits!

dp1, I have an Everyman cinema in Liverpool, I went to see a screening of Jodie Comer's play "Prima Facie" and it was lovely & comfy.2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

DP1 - yes, I like the Everyman in Glasgow, it's very comfortable. I hope that you are enjoying your time in York, your hotel looks like a great wee hideaway.3
