Neighbour trying to impact sale

Unfortunately, someone I knew was having dementia and things were getting quite bad. She thought she actually owned the whole street. She would go out and yell at anybody who was viewing properties or workmen or delivery men. And tell them all to go away in no uncertain terms!
One buyer did drop out, which was really embarrassing for the families involved, but it sold again very quickly afterwards.0 -

The only other odd thing that has happened was when I was getting it ready to sell. I was decluttering and getting some odd jobs done. She approached my handyman, asked if she could come in and have a look. She then told him now wasn’t a good time to sell and I should be advised to wait. I thought that was odd. I0
