Travel insurance with pre existing condition...Insureme4?

heading to South Africa and have pre existing medical condition....looked at paying too much site and reasonable quotes from Insureme4...but can’t seem to find any reviews about the company. All that comes up when I search is Trustpilot reviews for Travelinsurance4Medical which is really expensive. Anyone know anything about Insureme4? Any input advice much appreciated. Than k you.

Looking at insureme4.co.uk it just redirects to StaySure.
Travel insurance market has vast numbers of intermediaries selling under their own brands. Some do their own claims handling, others the claims go to the underlying insurer.0
