Revolt card and charge back complant

Hope all are well and enjoying a long weekend what left of it 
I need to ask I was duped into making a purchase while on hols in Dubai at the start of aug on the card in question 
When took the item when i got back to the hotel I was sick and was in bed for 2 days of my holiday 
I contacted Revolt and as had lost the use of my phone was advised that the form would be filled in on my behalf but that was not the case as on my return to the UK i got a new phone and contacted them the said need to fill form I said I was advised it would be done for me no response when i did fill in the form I got a response within 12 hours which was surprised as the said not continue with chargeback as no item shown or picture   the item i question I disposed of it has made sick and had to get back on my feet as had 12-year son
They had the charge on my card on their system so why not get back as the item in question made me sick and ruined my holiday 
Then they said they were following guidelines via visa and master card I said  not happy and have even sent emails to visa cs and MasterCard to ask are there to make merchants happier or  customers
Still waiting for a response from both but think Revolvt say if not happy with there response write to obdussman but think wont be any use 

Can any one advise what I can do as the item in question gone down the pan and nearly Lileed me and so as my £300 
and not get any postive  feed back from card company as thought it would as ther card was i had on me on my hols 

As if had other card think i would got  better response from them 

FYI stopped using Revolt 

Is there any thng I can do to get my money back as now c=back in Uk has have made clear of other trael sites to avoid the person who duped me in Dubai a

What do you mean they duped you and how did you become sick from an item.

was told it would help my weight and diabetes and was sick by just taking a less than table spoon had vomited and the runs which am sure you are aware takes all the water out of your body and this not a good thing in a place like Dubai in Aug

You need to follow their guidelines (perhaps a copy of your receipt) and you may ultimately have to complain and even go to the FOS but at the same time, buying unlicensed dodgy medication from shops in Dubai was always going to be a risk

Do you have a medical report that confirms that the product actually caused your sickness ? 

Just because you had a bad reaction to what was probably an unlicensed herbal medication from someone other that a medical doctor in a foreign country does not mean you have a case for chargeback.

On what basis are you making this claim? You bought some random unauthorised medication and it allegedly made you ill for which you have no medical proof.

As much as I find Revolut to be an unethical company, I can't see why they are at fault for your purchasing unprescribed medication.

That is exactly the proof that will be needed.
There is not a chargeback for something making you ill. 

Sadly a lot of products out there for sale in countries that do not regulate such products.

Revolut are not being blamed for the purchase or the after effects. A chargeback takes money back from the bank of the seller, they are supposed to do this without much dispute, provided OP follows whatever steps they require. The seller can then dispute it after which OP will come unstuck if they don't have the proof
