By entering the promotion, entrants confirm they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Facebook including the rules located at http://facebook.com/terms.php

1. Employees of Maxxis UK or Stapleton’s (Tyre Services) Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
3. The Prize/s is 10 x pre-paid digital Mastercards to the value of £100.00GBP each.
4. The Prize of the Promotion is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
5. For a valid entry, the following steps are required:

2. Comment with your dream destination using the winning fuel card
3. Click the link within the post to complete the competition entry form
6. Upon winning and being selected on the social media post, the winner will be asked to direct message Maxxis UK with details of name and valid email address.
7. Ten winners will be picked over the course of ten weeks, announced each Friday before 6pm.
8. The competition will run from Monday 1st August to Friday 7th October.
9. Within 30 days of receiving the winner's email address and details, the promoter will send the pre-paid digital Mastercard to the provided email.
10. Due to high demand, if the Prize becomes unavailable at the time of winning, Maxxis UK reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize to the value of the original Prize.
11. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these and Facebook’s terms and conditions.
12. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18. Entries after the competition closes will not be considered valid and should the winner not get in contact to claim their prize within the timeframes within the competition post, Maxxis UK reserves the right to redraw the winner.
