Scottish Power energy usage charts/download

Assume I'm not the only one having issues with this, my numbers are all over the place. I first noticed this early last week and every attempt to contact them has ended with "its a known issue and we are working on it". I find it hard to believe its taking them this long to fix it and they cant even put a warning on the website.

I just had a quick look at it seems to be working like it normally does for me, which is not brilliantly since they only show electricity usage to the nearest kWh per day and even more uselessly seem to only track each next cubic meter of gas so I just get a spike every time the meter ticks over to the next one rather than actually showing usage each day.
