    The radical solution would be to keep offices closed and energy turned off and give employees a smallish extra payment for working from home then both would gain. The issue with hybrid is that offices are still being heating when they are half full.  The alternative is if they insist on hybrid that all employees go to the office on the same days so that energy can be switched off on certain days in the week.

    Charging phone - I'm not allowed to charge phone in office using their electric points, maybe others the same.

    Lighting - usb lamp connect to laptop

    Laptop plugged in -  does not have to be left on plug all day.

    Heating - extra layers or an oddie.
