It only takes a few minutes to do a system file check as sometimes a few can become corrupt: type cmd into search and run as admin and type sfc /scannow (not space).
Alternativley run a DISM windows image repair: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-imageYou know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.
