    I agree - NEVER trust a windows installation that you have not carried out yourself.

    It only takes a few minutes to do a system file check as sometimes a few can become corrupt: type cmd into search and run as admin and type sfc /scannow (not space).
    Alternativley run a DISM windows image repair: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image
