I have an occupational pension of 510.00 per month
That will also be deducted from any UC entitlement in addition to the £229 widows pension, so a total deduction of around £739/month off any UC entitlement.
Assuming you are single and over 25, you would have a single persons entitlement of £334.91 plus now the LCWRA entitlement of £354.28 giving a total of £689.19
So your total entitlement would be £689.19 - £739 = NIL
That is why you have NIL entitlement
Unless you also have any housing entitlement? Do you own your own property or rent?

It isn’t possible to provide appropriate advice if your circumstances are unclear.

If you total pension income is 170.44/week for UC there would be a deduction of £738.57/month there will be no UC entitlement unless you are claiming for help with rent.

If you have any ESA entitlement if the £211 is an inherited pension it may fall to be ignored and if only £510/4 weeks is taken into account the ESA would be reduced by £21.25 week.
