Hi
Just been looking round for a savings account for my mum and came across the Newcastlenet (Issue 7) savings account which pays 6.43% gross.
Thinking seriously of opening an account on mum's behalf - can anyone see any pitfalls on this.
Regards

No - I can't see any pitfalls. I am already a member and have just opened the new Issue7 account as it is paying more than my existing account with them.Ms_Chocaholic wrote: »Hi

For a new saver, there are other accounts to be considered as well.".....where it is corrupt, purge it....."0 -
I can see no pitfalls either. Applied at the end of last week, waiting for account to be opened. Will post further if I have a problem.0
