How to extend dispatch time

I have been selling on Ebay for 10 years so I am very familiar with my listing page.
My husband joined last year and his listing page is very different to mine.

I am trying to extend the dispatch time on his listings but the maximum is 3 days - there are no other options.   On mine the dispatch time can be anything up to 40 days!!!

How do I extend his dispatch time to 4 or 5 days?

As you say every single different version of ebay has different functions, on one of my private accounts the only way I can extend my dispatch time is to go in via the postage options- which is incredibly frustrating as on other accounts I can just bulk edit.

Several people on other forums though, and usually newer accounts,  have mentioned that they don't seem to be able to extend past 3 days wherever they try.

The only way round it is to put holiday settings on and allow sales as that will extend the dispatch time (except apparently for offers and worryingly GSP orders)
