Best option for high electricity user

I can’t seem to find what the best option will be if you use more than average electricity. I’m on a fixed tariff which ends in November, currently paying £238. Does being a high electric user make any difference as to whether a fixed tariff or price cap will be cheaper? Any advice greatly appreciated
