Following today’s announcement of new tariff caps from October, how are economy seven tariffs calculated? There does not appear to be any published tables of charges from the suppliers.

    They get to calculate their own - there isn't a rule for how expensive day rates are compared to night rates - so we can't guess it.

    All we know is that if you happen to use 58% day and 42% night (or have I got that backwards?) then it must add up to the cap.
