  • Some pretty stark words from Martin Lewis on the coming crisis.

    Fair play to Mr Lewis - he could have ridden off into the sunset when he sold MSE in 2012, but he has remained involved - both in MSE itself, but also in a wider context in terms of offering advice and also campaigning and trying to shape policy (e.g. through the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute).

    Yes, I wish we could thank him in a meaningful way to show our appreciation.  Government doesn't always see the individuals who are affected as people, just statistics.  I am VERY scared of the future.  Given how many posts have been made on this part of the forum, a lot of us are, not surprisingly.
