SIP Parking at Royal William Yard Plymouth - use of enforcement photographs saved on op's phone.

SIP Parking have recently jacked parking fiines up to £25.  No advance warning as far as I can tell!!

My question : can I ask for a access to all the photographs the enforcement-operative has taken of my car?
Possibly on his personal mobile phone.

Is the operative taking photos of my vehicle for his own convenience or is it part of SIP enforcement?

Can I request a FOI (?) to see the photos they have captured of my vehicle along with dates of my visit to the site etc?

Thanks

May

Not an FOI but a SAR, as the second post of the NEWBIES FAQS thread explains.

    Only £25?

Please show us a sign, it could be useful for our submissions to Government to show a parking 'fine' (charge) of only £25.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes but a sign with £50 or £25 on is exactly what I need to show Government that it is considered sufficient deterrent.
