Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is Hallmark Cards Plc, Dawson Lane, Bradford, BD4 6HN
2. Hallmark’s Facebook/Twitter/Instagram competitions are open to all UK residents over thirteen years old (including Northern Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands) except for employees of the promoter, their immediate family and anyone else connected to the creation or administration of the promotion. Entrants aged under 18 must have parental permission to enter the competition.
3. Each entry put forward for a contest/giveaway must belong to the entrant.
4. The entry period will be dictated in the launch post and must be adhered to.
5. The overall winner for all contests will be notified by Hallmark within 7 days of the competition closing.
6. The winner will be selected by an Independent Judging panel at Hallmark Cards Plc.
7. The winner must claim their prize by sending their contact details within 10 days of the winner’s announcement. After this period the winner will forfeit their prize. The winner will be contacted directly via private/direct message through the channel on which the competition is hosted.
8. The prize for any activity will specified by Hallmark Cards Plc in the post promoting the competition.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
