I know it's too late for the OP, but most airport booking are based on 24 hour periods so it's unlikely that a 1 hour change will take it into another day charge.

It's not 24 hour periods but the number of days (whole or part). By which I mean a booking from eg 14:00 Mon to 14:00 the following Mon (7 24 hour periods) will cost the same as booking from 00:15 Mon to 23:45 the following Mon, which is almost 8 24 hour periods.
