Is there a handheld shower head that switches off?

Hello, my elderly mum would like to have a handheld shower head to have an on/off button on it. This is because she wants to save on water & heating bills, and would like to put the showerhead on 'pause' during the shower - a bit like the ones on garden hoses. She has to sit during the shower so can't stand reach the main shower buttons anymore.
Anyone know of one from a reputable brand/UK company?
Note: her shower is a thermostatic one, with a loose not fixed shower hose.

It's worth mentioning bide showers, but expect the flow to be pretty low and  you have to keep the lever pushed.

There's that shower head you keep seeing advertised on social media, which has a button to stop the flow but have no idea if it is any good or not or just a load of hype, plus it wouldn't be suitable for electric showers.
