OP you need to advise whether the TV was ordered online, either for delivery or as click and collect with payment online, or whether it was just purchased in store.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0

That user is known for posting their opinion rather than what the law actually says. It's been mentioned to them many times that it's not helpful and can sometimes confuse the OP but they don't seem to listen. As Pinkshoes says the TV is probably not suitable for a someone who games a lot.
