Tax Free Childcare account - can it be accessed by both parents?

Hi,

I've recently setup a tax free childcare account to pay for my son's nursery. However, since I set it up, it doesn't seem that my partner can manage it (even though she's actually the one managing most of the admin around the nursery). Is it possible to get her access to the account or can it only be managed by one parent?

From memory, only one person can access it as only one of you can claim it.

Simple way around this would be for her to have your log in details (assuming you trust her enough)

I gave them a call this morning and they have confirmed that only one parent can access the account, although did say you can just share login details (which surprised me given you login with the Government Gateway ID!)
