Debt recovery plus APCOA

Hi
have today received a letter from debt recovery plus.
I have not received any prior communication.
the parking charge relates to use of drop off zone at T2 Heathrow in June
I have looked on the APCOA website to see the PCN but there is no record of a pcn!?
I have changed address end of July and have had mail redirected so don’t think I’ve missed anything. (Also updated my V5 when I moved)
DRP are asking for £150
Ignore or contact APCOA for details?
thanks in advance

The PCN will not be on APCOA website because they have given it to a scamming debt recovery company.APCOA can only request the keepers details once so they won't know of your address change. There are loads of threads about this scam on here do a search and the advice will be the same.1

APCOA are benign, but can issue a court claim up to six years after the alleged parking event. As a precaution I suggest you sent a rectification notice to the DPO of APCOA, instructing them to erase your old data and replace it with your new address for service, and for them to instruct all their agents of the same.
Make sure you use the word I highlighted.
Debt collectors have no powers and can safely be ignored.
I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

More DRP rubbish, they are full of it
Just another BPA scammer you can ignore, the fools cannot do anything1 -
Post four of the Newbies Sticky covers DRP entirely, so people don't need to keep posting threads about them.2
