Suitsdirect retrospectively changed their returns policy

Hi all,

Hopefully really straightforward

I had purchased a couple of suits for a new job, in my haste apart from the 2 suits that I want to keep, the third I purchased the incorrect blazer (a duplicate of one of the others)
Spoke to the team at Suitsdirect and said I need to return one jacket and swap for another (all via email/chat as they do not have a contact number - and you cannot deal with them instore for online orders)

I was told purchase the new blazer and then return the other duplicate, the blazer just never came into my size when I checked
Over a month later I asked about returning again but more of a specific question (I have never returned an item accept through Amazon so want trying to find the finer details)

As I really wanted to complete the suit, I kept checking but less frequently due to the new job.

Now that I have given up on getting what I need I have decided to return the items

Their site wont let me, found out that they have changed their returns policy from 90 days to 30 days. But they have applied it to retrospective orders 
I have asked the question of them, but really worried that they won't honour the return. Is there anything more I can do? Can I be bound by these new terms of sale?

Can you prove it was 90 days when you purchased?  If so they must abide by that, remind them by letter.

Well found. So if @radaas purchased the goods before 02-Aug then it is highly-probable that the 90 days returns term applies.
