Hi all. I collected around six kilo of Blackberries and bought all the needed stuff to ferment it. The yeast I used was a fast ferment and only seems to have taken a few days. I strained all the spent Blackberries but I seem to have put too much water to it. If I purchased a small red wine concentrate and added more sugar and yeast would that be ok.
I'm not that familiar with Blackberry wine and seem to have made a mess with this one. I have fermented it in my beer bucket with lid and air lock, I seem to have made almost three gallon.
Regards Jeff
