I parked in the area shown on the picture below. There are no signs that say I can't park there. My entire car was in that section. Not a single part of my car went on or over the double yellow line. I didn't cause any obstructions either.
The reason given on the PCN says "624 Parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of a road other than a carriageway (all wheels on footway)".


Any advice is much appreciated.
