Migration to Eon to Eon Next

My account was migrated from Eon to Eon Next recently and I would advise anyone elso who has been transferred to check their statements very carefully.
The opening balance of my first Eon Next statement was more than the closing balance of my last Eon statement, managed to get that matter reconciled eventually although previous statements were unavailable and the energy adviser I dealt with had to photograph her screen and email me the picture. Biggest problem however was that Eon had collected direct debits from February to June 2022 and they were not credited to my energy account. After six weeks of emails and phone calls finally got them to resolve it all.
