This is a money saving site, so the cheapest way of entering Ibiza is to get vaccinated. That said the Spanish entry requirements for the unvaccinated are on the gov website:
If you’re not fully vaccinated
If you’re not fully vaccinated, you can enter Spain presenting one of the following documents:
- documentation certifying that you have undertaken a diagnostic test and tested negative within 72 hours of entering Spain if using a COVID-19 nucleic acid amplification test - NAAT (PCR or similar), or 24 hours if using an antigen test.
- proof of having recovered from COVID-19 in the last 6 months. You can also use a medical certificate or recovery record to prove your COVID-19 status on entry to Spain. See ‘If you’ve had COVID-19 in the past year’.“
Being unvaccinated you also need to complete the Spanish health form here: https://www.spth.gob.es/

In answer to your specific question you need to get a certificate, so either a test at home where you upload the results and are emailed a certificate or you go to a centre. Antigen/ LFT test results can be read at home after 15 minutes, then uploaded and you should have the certificate within an hour, similar if you go to a centre. I can’t see any requirement for the test to be supervised, so do whatever is easiest for you.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. We went to Tenerife in August and my daughters are not vaccinated and over 12 so had to do a LFT. We used www.qured.com and my daughters did the test (wasn't supervised) and then uploaded the results and about 15 mins later got the certificate.
I also had to get the SpTH app and complete that for them.
Right after passport control in Tenerife there were people waiting and randomly asking vaccination passports and LFT test results. They asked me and when I bent down to get them out of my bag they just waved me on without seeing them.0
