DCB Legal Court proceeding question

Many years ago (almost 6 to be exact funnily enough!) I parked in a Gala Bingo carpark as a customer at that Gala Bingo.
The carpark was run by UKPC and the Terms and Conditions were as follows -
PARKING FOR GALA BINGO & PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY as shown in image 1

As I was a customer (and have bank statements as proof) I parked in a bay and thought nothing of it.
Upon returning to my car I had a PCN on the windscreen which I took into Gala Bingo and they said to ignore it as I was a customer. I did just that and ignored any letters that were sent and after a couple of months they stopped. I had parked in this Bingo carpark everyday for a week and been a customer each time and the same thing happened.
One thing to mention at this stage is just how small the signage is. I specifically parked this close so I could get out and read the sign. There is no other signage in big print anywhere on site. See image 2

A couple of weeks back I received a letter from DCB Legal Ltd stating I owed £1700 for parking without a permit over the course of a week and payment must be made within 30 days to avoid court action. I asked DCB Legal for all information they hold for this case; photos, signage, correspondence etc which they provided however they have also provided 2 images of signage which do not exist in the carpark (see image 3 and 4). I asked them for the correct signage and they've said that this is all the signage they have and it is correct (which it's clearly different).

This image 3 does not appear anywhere on site.

Image 4 is clearly not the same as the ones show in the on-site photos in image 1
I may have fudged up a bit here as I provided them photos of bank statements which show on the dates in question I was a customer at Gala Bingo so I met the terms of the parking contract. However, they have since emailed back and said that the parking sign states I have to be both a customer and a permit holder and the matters will still be passed to court at the end of this month. I know this is their typical scare tactic so I'm not falling for their bumf. Their argument is absolutely ambiguous. I've replied to say that as why would they need to point out you needed to be a customer if ultimately you must have a permit - surely it would simply say PERMIT HOLDERS ONLY.
Anyway. Yesterday I made a SAR to both UKPC and DCB Legal for all their info on me (mainly to waste their time and man power). I've received a reply today to say they're working on it.
I've absolutely no intentions of paying them, but I'm struggling to understand the process at the end of this month. From my understanding this matter will be dealt with at Northampton in the County Court Business Centre. Will I receive notification from the court prior to the heating so I can present my defense to them or will it proceed then I have to fight it retrospectively?

When is your 6 years up? 13th December as per the pictures?
Write back and play email tennis. Always respond on the last possible day to string it right out.
Ask them what term on that sign (the one they provided) UKPC say was breached? There are inly 2 terms snd the car was neither out of a bay, nor in a staff parking area, and the headline large letters confirm the car park is for Gala Bingo Customers will no caveat about having to display any permit.Don't let this slide.
Respond with something else on the last day every time (e.g. your bank statements next time, in October). Always hold something back.
If they stop responding or say they will, tell them you will report them to the CSA - and do so.
Then around 14th NOVEMBER (NOT SOONER) hit them with ' I am seeking debt advice so please put this case on hold for not less than 30 days as per the PAP for debt claims.'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your quick response coupon-mad
The latest date of parking was December 16 2016. DCB Legal have said I have until August 26th to pay otherwise the claim will be issued.
I have been playing email tennis somewhat, when I've requested information from them I've specifically asked for one thing at a time to try tie up their scam staff as much as possible although I should've left longer between my emails.
I'm lucky enough to have worked previously in a position which meant I know a lot of the professionals at my local county court, so I've been asking them their advice about this case and one of the judges has said if DCB Legal have provided me with a copy of the signage which they state is the correct one, but it differs from the one in the photos on-site it voids the signage in the carpark, which in turn ends closes their case.
If DCB Legal do issue proceedings on the 26th would the court write to me to inform me that this matter is with them?1 -
Tell them you are now including this in a DRO but the whole process takes 4 months1

AND if this continues it will be held in your local court at your request
DCBL take on the most utter rubbish from UKPC and this is another one
You have friends in high places that most don't .. that's great
I would suggest that you show them this thread (below), be worthwhile to print it and the court can retain it
I would say that you have a rock solid case and DCBL will be spanked in courtDCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS
A UKPC/DCB Legal pattern is now emerging ?

We can tell you what will happen but this has to be played out for you to enjoy1 -
The signage that PPC's like to submit as evidence is as in the case of examples 3-4 electronic office images they have stored at their HO. They are what was set up for their customer originally and may never have even been set up at that particular site it's purely a bluff. The only evidence that should be admissible is physical on site evidence not this made up garbage.2

Hopefully, the advice given by @Coupon-mad, if you follow it, will get you beyond the six year limitations date.1 -
Great attitude! We feel the same but tripping DCBLegal up and timing them out is equally fun and a victory if you can play that game a bit longer.
If you re-read my previous post, I've suggested exactly what to do and say each month right up until November, when you swoop and win with the final killer punch!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
