Don't you get sick and tired of shoddy workmanship? I must confess if it was me and would not pursue it at all. Seems their admin is as naff as their work.0

In that scenario it's *possible* that OP might then be able to get the Judgement set aside, but it would be a lot of hassle, might not suceed, and could cuase problems with t OPs credit record until it was sorted.
If the OP has had their post redirected then it's a little different as they would presumably be getting the bills.
