HSBC £10 app incentive 2022

Hi all,
I have responded to an e-mail from HSBC to install app to receive £10 welcome gift. I installed it several days ago but haven't yet received the money. I used the 'chat' function to ask for clarification but the human agent had no clue. Anyone know, please, whether it takes some time to be credited, or whether there's somthing I have to do to trigger the payment (i.e., pay a bill, etc.). I can't find anything in the t&c linked to the e-mail, as these focus on the current £10,000 competition.
Ta in advance for any tips!

Difficult to find any info about this offer, but what sounds like a similar one from 2020 stated that the £10 would be paid within 31 days:

I had (and used) this offer in 2020.

The physical secure keys are now effectively obsolete with mobile banking, so waiting a while for the terms to be announced will probably be best.

I hadn't received any such e-mail when I last checked a few hours ago (and now I have a lot of tabs open as I'm putting September pipelines together) so I'm not going to find the one with e-mails.

The e-mail was dated 7 July and was titled, '[Name,] get £10 and a chance to win 1 of 20 £10,000 cash prizes when you go mobile'. The e-mail's message included the following:

Hello [Name],

The HSBC UK Mobile Banking app is now 10 years old. So, join over 5 million customers who use it to help manage their everyday banking needs. It's an easy way to save the time and expense of travelling to a branch.

To celebrate our app's anniversary, we'd like to offer you a £10 welcome gift when you start using the app. We'd also like to give you the chance to win 1 of 10 £10,000 cash prizes in July and again in August. To enter the draws, just opt in and log on to the app each month.

P.S. Nothing in the linked T&Cs (mentioned above) refers to the £10 welcome gift - the T&Cs relate only to the July and August prize draws.

In case anyone was interested, HSBC paid the £10 'HSBC Mobile Reward' into my account on 7 Sept 2022. i.e., around three weeks after the date I downloaded the app.
