Wonder Smile - Liquidation

Hi All
I have been paying £91 per month for the past year as part of a payment plan to Wonder Smile UK for teeth straightning equipment.
I have been experiencing lots of issues with regard to damaged straightners/retainers so i have been trying to phone them the past few months to get some answers etc but had no such luck.
I have just seen the company went into liquidation in June 22 on the government website. Yet money has still been coming out of my account. This has been such a waste of money and I'd like to know if I will be able to claim anything back now that they have gone into liquidation? A further payment is due in 5 days time which I cannot afford to waste.
Any help is much appreciated.

My first step would be to contact the bank and stop any further payments being taken. The administrators may contact you if they believe you should pay for the entire course of treatment. For example, if the major costs by the supplier are incurred at the start of the treatment, but the customer pays monthly in arrears. Was the money paid to the company or was a credit agreement signed to spread payment. That could make a big difference. If the company is in liquidation you become an unsecured creditor and are unlikely to get anything much back. Pennies in the pound if you are lucky.0
