Virgin Money - trouble getting interest certificate

Has anyone received the automatically generated interest certificates that Virgin Money (Mplus) promised. I sent them a secure message asking for these. They sent me back a link to a request form for them. At the top it says they will be generating them automatically. It is now mid August and I have had nothing. Sooo I filled in the form selecting my current account and submitted it OK but I went back to request it for my savings account ( it says you need to request them separately) but it won't let me just says for already submitted. I emailed the link they gave me to my husband as he needs to request these too but it wont even give him the 'start' button on his computer. I have secure messaged and facebook messaged but would like to know if anyone has succeeded with this

Update. Got a reply to my secure message. To submit the form for other accounts you have to delete all the virgin money cookies in between each request - rather tedious. Note this also logs you out of your virgin account so make a note of the account numbers and sort numbers you need them for the form.
Here is the link to the request form
https://uk.virginmoney.com/service/request-a-statement-of-credit-interest/before-you-start/ There should be a start button in the big black box. Doesn't show on hubbys computer so we had to do it all on mine
