Virgin M Business Account - what is meant by Manual Debit or Credit?

Just about to apply for the Virgin M Account for Business - which is almost fee-free in normal use.
Intending to switch a TSB business account to it, as that's now past its 25 month fee-free period.
But am a little puzzled by the tariff which says:
What is a 'manual' debit or credit? Is this implying that each time we withdraw money from the account by manually-keyed faster payment they'll charge 95 pence?
And if it doesn't mean that what does it mean? It's clearly not manual over the counter cash or cheques - they have their own line in the tariff.
Any suggestions?

Answered my own question by ringing them up.
And the answer given is that the 'manual' fees do relate to over the counter transactions. They're additional to the other fees.
And they don't apply to any credits or debits made online. Or so I'm told.0
