Hi everyone,
My friend recently received PCN for overstaying in the carpark at Maccies despite being a customer, just to mention I was there too ( came in and left at the same time) but never received anything. They use ANPR system to monitor carpark. PCN came through in post on Sunday (two weeks post the alleged contravention). Dont know how to tackle this. Spoke to the manager and per his advice I should appeal and if it gets rejected, he will get involved. Should I follow his advice?
