The BT call blocker I have became useless when the scammers started spoofing different numbers. My BT phone memory became full of them. so I couldn't block any more And if they call from the same number as a genuine bank you would be blocking them. And I often get calls from people I want to hear from ringing from numbers I don't recognise.

Change your telephone number and you could also get a new email.0

In relation to original post I would not be worried, that information will most likely be in the public domain anyway and people post more than that on social media.1 -

As above, sounds like you didn't actually give much away. Most of it was already out there.
@Daliah's suggestions of actions aren't completely necessary but are all good things to do and consider, as part of security hygiene.
If you do start getting spam calls, the call minder (as opposed to call blocker) is a good option. Contrary to some suggestions, they usually work not by blocking unknown numbers, but by asking the caller for their name, like a virtual receptionist. So unknown numbers can still get through.
Many telephone line providers (BT, Plusnet, Sky) include call minder either FOC, or low cost.
Note: the call minder can be an issue for automated calls, so sometimes you need to temporarily disable.
For email, even a new address ultimately will get out into the wild (unless you never use it!). Use the spam controls available, and mark as spam, rather than just deleting (so the systems get better and learn).
The big cloud based email systems (Outlook and GMail) are some of the better free ones for spam detection, as the cloud model allows learning from the millions of users.2 -

I think you have just got to be on your guard against cold callers.
A good start is what Nationwide say when I try to log into my account
'We need to check its really you'
So you need to be the one taking control and asking the questions - to check they are who they say they are. If they are genuine they won't mind.
If they can't prove they are who they say they are then don't give them any information, and feel free to just hang up.
Its extremely unlikely you will lose out by hanging up on a cold caller you aren't sure of.3 -

I follow these two basic rules:
Trust no one on the phone and trust no one on email.
Be suspicious of everything.4
