Anything within the red boundary is subject to byelaw No.3. Where the vehicle was parked is within the boundary.KeithP said:
I can't see how that image helps.DizzyR said:Is the picture I posted proof of byelaws being present in the area I park? as in is that satisfactory evidence to submit?
It shows an area covered by byelaw 52(3), whatever that is, but that marked area is nowhere near where you parked.0 -
Hi there, my wife has just got a ticket for the same car park. Did you get a good outcome DizzyR? There is a 15 minute parking drop/off pickup zone near the ferry, which she was waiting in, but was clocked leaving the car park 20 minutes after entering the 'parking zone'. Not sure now you can have 15 minute parking (written on the ground) and expect to be out within 15 minutes as you need to get to the parking and leave again, which took the extra 5 minutes. Any help and success stories in appealing this (and stopping these cowboys from taking £100 off us) would be much appreciated!0

Please do yourself and us a favour by starting your own thread. It can get very confusing if there are multiple cases in the same thread. The OP hasn't been back since September 2022 so you can try and PM them and if you get a response, ask them to comeback and post the results of the advice they were given.davidmn said:Hi there, my wife has just got a ticket for the same car park. Pretty much everyone here wins. These are easy to kill off and no-one pays.davidmn said:Hi there, my wife has just got a ticket for the same car park. Did you get a good outcome DizzyR?
