SIP Parking - Private parking and Parking ticket advice

Hi,
I was hoping for some advice regarding this scenario I am in prior to taking it to the next stage.
Scenario
On 15/8/2022 (letter dated 12/08/2022) I received a Parking Charge Notice of insufficient fee paid for a period of parking on 02/07/2022.
At first glance I was quite surprised so late on that I have received this in the post until I noticed the letter said Payment Overdue. I took this as potentially a 2nd letter that has been sent out.
As it stood at this stage, I couldn't appeal the ticket and I had genuinely not received any other letter from SIP parking. PCN: £115.
So I wrote to them explaining that 1) I had paid for 2 sessions and that they check their CCTV/machines and 2) that I hadn't received anything earlier and would like to appeal.
It was quite evident that they would ignore the 2nd point I had made as neither I or they could proof this letter going out or/and me receiving it??
They have responded to 1) stating they can only find one session.
Now I feel like this is a becoming a bit of an evidence gathering task and the unfortunate thing is I paid in cash and not card. Secondly, I don't have the paper tickets anymore as I have cleaned my car since.
And the last item on their letter is pretty much 'you have to pay' and 'Please be aware that no further direct correspondence is required, or will be entered into regarding this PCN'.
Has someone found themselves in this scenario and would appreciate some advice as lets say I conclude on paying because I can't evidence anything. Why should I pay £115 when I don't even know what the initial payment could have been should I have received a PCN earlier? How do I go about this as there is no information on their website and they don't seem to be wanting to engage further?
Is there any benefit in even taking this to the next stage, i.e. the IAS?
Thanks,

Plan A is always to complain to the landowner and your MP.
IAS is a kangaroo court and only allows 4% of appeals, so don't bother.
Get photos of the site and signage, but otherwise ignore (except your complaints) unless you get a court claim.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -
Please don't even think about paying.
As the only Consumer individual co-opted into the official Steering Group about the Parking Code of Practice Act, I've been attending Government meetings in my own time since May 2020 to get the law change through and new statutory code of practice to where it almost is now.
I get no expenses and each meeting has been between 1 and 4 hours each time. During that period I also had a full time supervisory job (I don't now, but I did) and as a mum of four and the only parent, I've seen my 'kids' through Uni (one still studying). Really busy period for me.
That'll be FOUR YEARS of my life dedicated to this new Code in the end, because its implementation is now delayed till 2024.
Guess whose money funded the two Judicial Reviews that bullied the Government and stopped the Code from progressing?
Yep.
Victims who were sadly duped, or decided it wasn't worth their time, and who paid a scam PCN despite it being easy to fight and an empowering life experience.
Ordinary motorists sadly paid for the two Judicial Reviews and by doing so, they stopped the statutory Code of Practice and have delayed and jeopardised it. People who paid, funded that.
Ordinary motorists paid for a top ParkingEye employee to prat around like a celeb in a £160k McLaren supercar and park it sideways across 3 bays, because he/she can because no rules apply to them in their car park:

and this (DCB's exponential growth):

and of course, this (DCBLegal Director on a long haul holiday, pratting around posing with what looks like an animal he might have shot):

As Fruitcake says above and Coupon.
The IPC/IAS is a government approved scam, something your MP should be aware of if they want to keep their seat if they areTory.
Why, because government gave licence called an ATA to this scam which was set up by Gladstones solicitors ??? THE GREAT GLADSTONES SCAM is all over the internet, so who in government approves this scam still ?
Ask your MP, both Tory and Labour, why they allow this scam, the IPC/IAS operate to extort money from the public
Get the landowner and your MP TO GET THIS SCAM CHARGE CANCELLED

Thanks all for your feedback.
I am not local to where this took place so may be a bit difficult to get a local MP to care from another city but can only try!
Does anyone have any tips on how it can be proved that I didn't even receive the PCN in the first 14 days? Other than SIP proving the sent it?0 -
You complain to your MP as they represent you. You can ask them to forward the MP where the alleged event took place, or copy them in on your complaint.
I found this site useful as you get feedback asking if your MP replied.

It's virtually impossible to prove you never received something by post. All you can do is state as a matter of fact that it is true, and put the claimant to strict proof that the contrary is true.I married my cousin.
