    my mums had been passed to offer now finally, but the tracker still not updated, shes pulling her hair out. 
    I checked my offer letter and its a&c. Is that who you've got? Should I have heard something by now? And congrats to your mum, my tracker updated about 8pm with my offer when I got an email at 11am to say it had been passed. 
    No ours is LCS, yeah give them a call direct to see whats happening.

    thanks, its still not moved, but shes had the confirmation so i told her not to worry LOL 
    Looking to remortgage December 2022 onto a better rate!
