Received a parking ticket for not paying even though I did.

I made a post about this but I did it in the comments so I thought I should just make a full discussion thread about this. I did read the FAQ but I have an attention span of like 5 seconds and there was a *lot* to read so apologies if this has been answered before or something.

So I've just had a parking ticket from euro car parks 13 days after I parked there which was 9 August (miffed it came today cos I read they can't enforce it if its after 14 days) saying that I didn't pay the full amount of my stay even though it shows on my bank I paid £1. You gotta pay at machines at the end of your stay by entering your reg number and it'll tell you how much based on the length of time so up to 1 hour is £1 and up to 2 hours is £2.

The letter says I stayed for 1 hour and 25 minutes but I can't remember if that day the machine asked me to put in what time I arrived or not and if it did I had no idea as I don't check the time when I arrive, they have cameras for that.

I'm gonna appeal to euro car parks sending pictures of my bank statement and that the machine told me to pay £1 so I did so I don't understand why I'm getting this, basically. 

I'm not holding out hope it'll be thrown out cos that's been my luck for the past 5 tickets I've appealed and they've all been rejected but if anyone has any other ideas or if I should use the template in the FAQ or something that would be appreciated. Thanks 🙏🏻

Don't appeal to ECP showing your bank statement. 
Do that and they will then know who was driving.

Yes. You can add a bank statement too.

But not worded like this:
