Logged in early this morning, the website was very sluggish. Now waiting for a payment to be received.

Thanks you both for replying. It recovered about half an hour after my initial post. I always get a bit jumpy if a banking website starts to misbehave after I've pumped my passwords into it.

I cannot login since last month, i have a new phone and each time i attempt to scan the authenticator image to re-register it i get the message:"this image does not contain valid credentials", complained and requested a digipass but told 2 month wait as everyone has been asking and they have run out! No one has contacted me to sort the problem although i was promised a callback from their I.T department, luckily all my funds were transferred out via the old phone before this meltdown started, so still unable to take advantage of their increased savings rates.

I appreciate that this is some considerable time since your post on this issue.

Did your problem get solved okay?

The reason I ask is that I am getting the 'this image does not contain valid credentials' message and I can't make any headway at the moment.
