Avoiding Parking Fine Liability

I have a failed LTD company that made losses. If my car was registered to this company would I be able to avoid paying parking fines personally? Also would it stop the parking companies from giving people CCJs as it is registered to an LTD?

Despite what the private parking companies like to print on their invoices, they cannot issue a ccj.
Only a judge/court can do that if you dont pay what they, the court etc, say you owe.2 -
Assuming the company is in liquidation or will be, then parking tickets will be just another creditor although unproved unless a court says otherwise
As a company vehicle registered with the DVLA is in the LTD company name and could have numerous drivers, at no time would a parking company know who the driver was and should never be told
All correspondence should be passed to the liquidator for them to handle
As said no CCJ's on you as only a court can rule that.2 -
Who issued these "fines"?
As the term fines has been used, I assume this is a local authority/ police issued parking ticket.
If it was a private company then its a parking charge notice, which is a different thing all together, so the advice from patient dream is appropriate. It's important to establish what this " fine" is and not to id the driverFrom the Plain Language Commission:

As long as we are talking about Private firms only here
Your ltd company will need to have no connection to your home address in case your rack up multiple tickets with one operator and the risk of HCEO's
but if there is no link and using a ltd company then yes there is no liability against you2 -
Thank you all for your help and advice. It's all noted. Cheers!0

For the avoidance of doubt, the forum is not encouraging or condoning parking on private land in contravention of the requirements displayed on the signage. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
