Word of warning not to use renugen for solar. Here's a link to the Trustpilot reviews: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/renugen.co.uk
As per the reviews, they take payment but then don't deliver and just stop responding to calls and emails.
I've report them via the the government website but nothing happens. They have been doing this for more than a year and the website is still up!

Have you actually had any dealings with this company? If you are a potential victim of fraud, then you should contact the Police and your local Trading Standards Office.1

2 bit company according to Companies House filings - not shown as in default however.
Too small to be audited.
No employees and 2 director/shareholders0 -
Yes I was scammed by them. My credit card company refunded very quickly but thought it was worth warning others as most of the people on Trustpilot haven't been able to get refunds and the site hasn't been taken down so the scams are ongoing.0

After two years of people complaining, the Renugen website finally got taken down. Bizarrely, yesterday they went through every negative review and copy/pasted a lame excuse: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/renugen.co.uk1

I Have been sent two emails by this company, last Wednesday and today.
Somebody called Monique, wants to know if I will accept their proposal to install something.
I didn't open the attachment, so do not know what they are offering.
Interesting bit is that each of the e-mails has a different contract number as it's header.
I checked online and they still have an active website.
My only contact with this company, was last August, when I was researching solar.
They wanted me to pay for an inverter, upfront, although they could not deliver immediately.
I declined, but obviously they have hung on to my email.1 -
Yes you are right, their website is back online. Best to avoid using it. New victims are still posting on Trustpilot too: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/renugen.co.uk
All of the genuine UK based reviews are 1 star but there are a bunch of new reviews, all 5 star and all from overseas.0 -

I've just been having a look at this on Trustpilot. Not only are the 5 star reviewers mostly overseas, as you state, but they also only seem to give out 5 star reviews and to the same few companies as well. Looks extremely dodgy and doesn't say much about Trustpilot's algorithms if such obvious ones as these are able, not only to be published, but also to remain up for so long.1

I noticed that, about the reviews, so obviously fake.
All native reviews appear honest, those from foreign parts seem to be at odds with our combined experience.
Definitely a company to avoid.0 -
Just flagged one of the reviews for Trustpilot to investigate.
