Maybe you should edit the title of your thread as you have now discovered that the problem has been caused by OTB not lastminute.com.
This will be useful if others have similar issues with OTB / Ryanair chargeback and are searching the forum for information.1 -
Thanks, have updated title.1

Thanks @bagand96 great summary. This is definitely the FUE booking (Ryanair person got this wrong in error) with OTB which is the problem.
Will be taking it up with them! Will update here if I make progress.

At least they're a UK based company so you have escalation options like Small Claims Court. If you paid by credit card then Section 75 might be an option, although I'm not sure as it's not a straightforward situation.1 -

Agreed that it's certainly not straightforward, in that I believe that OTB have already refunded OP in full for the cancelled package holiday, so on the face of it there's no outstanding debt as such to recover from OTB - the Ryanair charge is effectively a consequential loss arising from the way in which it would appear that OTB processed the package cancellation, and the multiple parties involved may hinder a s75 claim. Has to be worth a try though!bagand96 said:At least they're a UK based company so you have escalation options like Small Claims Court. I think if it was me I might prefer my day in Small Claims Court, although in saying that I will admit I've no idea on the chances of success.1
