Can't block buyers on ebay - glitch?

I always block non payers on ebay and anyone that raises alarm bells as I don't deal with time wasters. I've been trying to block someone who asked a lot of odd questions and has very poor feedback left for sellers (they find fault with everything) and for 3 days now the block bidders system has failed to work. Depending on which browser I use I either get page not found, or 'ebay has redirected you too many times' or weird messages about cookies. I've just tried blocking a non payer on a different account and am getting the same messages.

Really annoying me now as the first one buys the sort of thing I sell and I don't want to sell to them if they decide to go ahead.

has anyone else managed to block a bidder in the past 3 days?

I can see my blocked buyers list and the page looks ready to block more. From memory I blocked someone a few weeks ago and the page was glitchy but worked. Try clearing your cookies and logging out then back in to ebay.

Its possibly part of ebays conspiracy to drive sellers nuts by wasting their time.

I gave up and contacted ebay via live chat, they are aware of an issue apparently affecting some people and gave me a direct link instead- so both my problem buyers (on 2 different accounts) are now blocked thank goodness.

I do not have time for rubbish buyers.

sorry to piggy back on this thread but there seems to be another glitch on ebay..  ebay is  adding 20% vat to certain items as if the items are being imported/exported out of the uk. ive had to remove items till they sort this out.

it seems the technology and art section of ebay is being affected.

I've had this issue with sellers who are in the UK but have changed their registered address to a foreign address, or were using an account they must have registered while abroad. I've never seen it as a glitch though.
